[41.71] [Singleplayer] Hot items don't cool down when on the ground

• Occurs on both old and new saves
• Reproduction steps:

1. Place an item that is able to be heated up (uncooked food, pot of water, etc.) into a heat source
2. After item is heated up, move item to the ground
3. The item will stay hot indefinitely until picked up or moved into a different container

I just tested, this works the same way with cold items too.
