[41.70] [Single player] Simple "Dough" item still spawns in some places

41.70 (steam), single player sandbox. I don't use any mods.
Save originated from 40.69 unstable and then was updated to 40.70 unstable.

 

Hi,

 

  The old item "Dough" (not to be confused with BreadDough or PieDough) that no longer can be used in any receipe can still spawn in some places. For instance, I recently find one in the Rosewood pizzeria.

  Don't hesitate to introduce some pizza dough in the game to replace it.
