How do I get grass and poop with Hydrocraft ?

Hi, sry for my english I'm giving my best :3

 

I'm cherching for grass and poop, I need it for strings , straw hat and catch animals, so I use the menu on the left side of the screen and I investigate the area but I only found some pieces of wood and some food like mushroom or berries, stone and nothing else.

I have been looking for hours now, and I'm foraging lvl.7 on multiplayer server with hydrocraft.

 

Are there specific areas for foraging ? I actualy tried at Louiville around the city in forest and vegetation area where the food seems "common".

to get grass you need to right click on the ground where you see grass growing. then you should see remove grass. doing this will give you grass.

 

as for the poop. you need to find the Mammal Fieldguide. this will teach you the Gather Dung crafting thing. keep the book as it is needed to search for dung.
