[41.65] Cannot change resolution to 1920x1080

I have a 4k monitor, so the game is pretty much unplayable at my native resolution. I've tried changing the resolution to 1920x1080 (which should scale nicely with 4k), but when I hit "apply" it changes the resolution to 2560x1440 instead, making the text an unreadable mess. This also happens if I try to change the resolution manually using the options.ini file.

Additionally, having the game set to "borderless windowed" will always scale to the maximum resolution.
