Linux: Full screen mode breaks Gnome Desktop when Alt+Tabbing

Alt+Tabbing in Full Screen mode breaks Gnome Desktop on Ubuntu 20.04LTS. The in-game mouse cursor continues to be shown and it becomes impossible to interact with the desktop environment. Using a virtual console and killing the PZ process does not seem to allow the desktop to recover. Only a reboot seems to fix it. The problem can also be triggered by desktop notifications, not just Alt_Tabbing.

Enabling Borderless mode with Fullscreen does not seem to affect this behaviour.

Enabling Borderless without Fullscreen avoids this problem, but obviously I don't want to play in a window and furthermore, not all of the UI is rendered on screen (bottom of UI is lost) when the native desktop resolution is set.

Woot, this seems to be fixed in released version 41.65.  Nice!

I don't actually seem to be able to Alt+Tab now, as something in-game happens instead, but that's not a problem. When  I switch to a different virtual desktop, normal mouse interaction with the Gnome desktop works fine.
