Vehicle Branch

We wanted to test the vehicle branch out on our server.... I have tried a bunch of stuff to try and get it running. For whatever reason, even with a clear config and fresh server files, it crashes on startup. Which is odd. 

 

Is there something special that needs to happen opposed to just changing the dedicated server setting to "vehicle" and using those base files?

Is there no information with the crash, or does any clear error get returned? What things have you tried so far and what OS are you on? I had some issues with it not starting for a while too, for me the error was related to some missing libraries, but in my case one of the latest builds luckily ended up fixing it.

OK..kinda got it working but it required us to delete our save which... rather not do that. Does this update require that when switching from the current active branch?

You mean switching from the stable build to vehicles build? I'm pretty sure that requires a new save unfortunately, yeah.

What about the previous vehicle build? Would that as well?

I think so. The changes are too significant.
