Playing on a multiplayer server (In this case a LAN server with my wife), we have noticed that if one player moves a light (for example an external porch light) to another location the new light location only updates for the player that moved the light until the other player re-logs.
Steps to recreate:
Requires two players on Multiplayer server
1. Player A removes a working wall mounted light from one location
2. Player A installs the light into a dark room and ensures it is working
Expected
Player B and all other players light map updates to show the new glorious illumination.
Actual
Player B stands in darkness Player B attempts to turn on light, still darkness. Player B logs out and back in, suddenly they can see the light!
