Game Frezze and slow randomly

Hello my game freeze i have 1-2 seconds freezes every 30-60 seconds.. on MP im dead all times...
i have 1080 TI, i7 7700k, 16 GB RAM 3000 mhz, game on SSD windows 10 (x64), play on 21:9 monitor 3440x1440, try lower resolutions (1920x1080) and same problem..

can somebody explain my  what's happening ?
all my new game play without problem, GTA 5, Assasin Creed Syndicate, Rainbow Six Siege etc. But this game is choking.. any ideas ? All settings in the game I set and changes, spend a lot time...

We have been having this issue on our server as well, minus the stuttering. 

 

Are you using any mods?

What are your game settings?

 

One thing that helped me personally minimize certain issues like that was to change shader settings and play with the lighting settings. Oddly enough, for me, the best combo was shaders on and lighting quality set to high. Having lower lighting settings actually caused some GPU lag as well. You can also try running the X64 version of the game. This may or may not help. By default, steam runs the X86 version.
