Old player don't join (update 38)

Hi all, i'm here because i need help with my dedicaced server. Thince the last update (v38), all my old player couldn't join the game and see this message : 

 

All new character work, but not the old

 

Anyone know a solution to solve my problem?

As a wild guess,

try to update server  (servercmd command "app_update")

hi @DobriyDed, my server is updated automaticly, it's a nitrado server, and i don't have acces to a console to do it, but :

Then check ServerPlayerID  in new  server configuration and compare it ti old files . Thats the issue

As a  possible solution ,
login to new account 
grant admin rights

check ServerPalyerID

 

Compare it to the old one . 
if digits are equal , i'm out of ideas.

thanks a lot, i see, the "ServerPlayerID=" is the same in old and new files, the problem don't come on this.

Temporary solution - disable lua checksum checking. 

 

Also , i have very similar sotuation when  server updated workshop items,    clients- no . Shows me error very similar to Your's

 

Let me know, if lua checksum check helps

last news, the map is corrupted, the update 38 have crashed the map, that is the reason of this error, all is down for us

Seen only player-build structures, which replaces  parts of privated houses , was partialy destroyed  ufter update. 

Some Hydrocraft items cause weird things,  like a covered wagon with horses teleported and killed player.  Seen it by myself 

Some log walls disappeared, some loot gone, but it's not fatal. New city is beautiful, less bugs on serverside, optimised network code. 

Thats makes players happy
