Blindcoder's Tiny AVC is an amazing mod. It's non intrusive, works great, and is very helpful. Only problem is that not many people know about it.

 

It fits in so well that I actually forgot it was a mod for the longest time, and it was only when I had to play PZ on a different machine that I remembered it wasn't a part of the game.

It would be really great if it could be included in the official game.

 

Automated version checking would save time for users, reduce experiencing problems that are already fixed by letting them know a new version is available, and also lets them know that the mod added new things. It would help us modders spread around the new bugfixes and content faster as well.

 

As for modders supporting it, all we have to do is host some raw text somewhere (like Github) and add a few lines to the mod.info, if we choose to support it at all.

 

I'm not sure how the mod to vanilla integration process goes, but hopefully this is at least possible and both parties (Blindcoder and the PZ team) wouldn't mind officially having Tiny AVC as a part of the game.
