Campfire Materials Placement FPS drop

Currently on most recent IWBUMS build, Windows 7 SP3.

I made campfire materials outside the gunshop. When I went to try placing the campfire, I click a spot where it allows me to place it, FPS drops to 3, and it doesn't end up placed, I had to unequip it to return the FPS to normal. I attempted to place a campfire behind the gun shop in West Point.

We'll need you to confirm the issue with all mods uninstalled (rather than disabled) before we can be sure it's not one of them causing the issue. It's almost always a mod with issues like this.

Yes, I have PillowSilencer, a cheat menu for messing around (disabled), RoboMats lockpicking mod, and BlindCoders Build Saver/ Random Build Maker.
