ALDIAli
hi! well, shopping carts. id like to see some kind of rolling container to transport a little more than just a couple of cans and an axe. because the map is quite big and with those map extensions , there are even more places to loot, id like to have the ability to push a trolley around and carry a couple of shopping carts full of material. shure i could just cheat my way to the material, but where is the challenge? so i imagine shopping carts like crates that can be pushed in 4 directions. every time you push it, it makes some noise so its gonna be dangerous do push them. IE: you build a crate. you put stuff in there. then you move towards that crate, push a button and it moves one tile away from you while its making a little noise. this way, you could push a hand full of carts along the road even when youre on your own. along with this idea it just came to me that inline skates should be implemented too ^^ (just as wearable shoes with noisy but faster walking, no animations needed) this mod would be little to no animation effort. also i imagine it to be quite easily programmed. only obstacle is the moving box, because i can imagine that the engine needs to destroy and recreate that box to move it. wich would likely destroy the items in that box. but then again i dont know nothing about modding PZ. can you guys do something like this? (please excuse my english, its a bit rusty. feel free to ask me anything) bumblemore
mads232
There's actually been a garbage bin, that you could move around and put stuff in, just as you're describing. If I'm not mistaken, the developers are going to add that again at some point.
ALDIAli
it seems so easy to implement... and it would push the endgame so much further as long as we dont have vehicles... i dont get why they dont implement it right away edit: because letz be honest... we all love this game for scavanging and collecting, crafting and building.... thats just what humans do. its our nature... and moving heaps of stuff is one big part of this. think of the invention of the wheel and what that ment for people of the stone age. its simply essential for us to be able to do that

Well, I'm sure they'll implement it at some point. I actually think there was something about it in one of the mondoids some time ago. I don't wanna criticize their priority list. I think they got it planned up pretty good. It'll come, just wait. Or as you're suggesting, a modder will try and take a look at it.
ALDIAli
yea you might be right... im a bit mental about this because minecraft vanilla took so long to implement mules and the ability to be a nomad... i just love it to have everything i need with me at all times even if it costs me something (like my car in reallife) or put me in danger (like a noisy shopping cart in the zombie apocalypse) mads232
