Need to reset everything on my server + how do i edit the settings

I have had a server up for a day or so and after a horrible start we want to reset everything, map, and characters. I don't know how to do this at all please help.

where is the server running from? Your home PC?

Yes i run it from my pc

WIPING SERVER

 

GO TO C:\Users\yourpcname\Zomboid\Multiplayer\

 

you will find a folder on default called "servertest"  delete that entire folder.

also if you want to wipe the DB you can also do this inside the folder titled DB inside Zomboid

 

 

WIPING CHARACTER

your character is found in the same location, inside the Multiplayer folder.

 

EXAMPLE:

 

David_Davids_192.99.999.99

find your characters and delete them

EDITING SETTINGS

 

 

Before you ever launch your server for the first time you need to run the file inside "project zomboid" called PZServerSettings.

 

You need to save the file inside the folder Server

C:\Users\yourpcname\Zomboid\Server

 

this reads the first time you start your server too choose your settings wisely.

NOW when it comes to zombie respawns/loot repspawns that is found inside the same folder you just saved your PZserversettings ti.  On default its called servertest  edit this to your liking and walla you have a new server customized
