Painting/Plastering Walls Not Working

Great game! Love your work!

 

I tried to plaster and/or paint my walls but it didn't seem to work. I can paint signs though. Did I do something wrong? I was streaming at the time - http://www.twitch.tv/p_yan_/b/606756766?t=1h08m00s

Maybe it could be a bug? Unfortunately I only found one plaster mix in the whole of West Point so I cant do any more testing til I travel to other locations. I'm not using any mods and I'm playing sandbox but with default options.

To plaster a wall, the wall must be built by a player at Carpentry level 4 or greater (otherwise the wall is too full-of-holes to plaster).

The player applying the plaster must be Carpentry level 2 or greater.
