And correct it also happens without mods, I even uninstalled and reinstalled Project Zomboid and still gives me a fever.

Yes whenever I start a new save or load game everything's fine, but 5 minutes into the game I get a fever

One day I was playing Project Zomboid when saw my queasy moodle pop up and I slowly sat there and died. I thought that was a little weird how I just started and died. So I created a new one but then it popped up again for no reason and killed me, and I didn't even come in contact with a zomboid! I don't know why this keeps happening I think it might be a bug. But whatever it is it keeps killing me! Someone please help me.

I have tried looking for my world file in Tiled and it has been killing me. Dose anyone know how I could find my world or what folder I should look in?

Thank you, I would keep that in mind. But not long ago my free trial for photoshop ended so I had to uninstall it. Do you know any other software I can use to export a file into a cell?
