  1. that's why there is horde migrations. ALtho, depending on how far you are from eny zombie spawning hotspot, you might need to wait a bit longer untill zombies start migrating to ur location. Or just go in Luiseviel, grab all the zombies there, and disperse them in the forest nearby to ur base
  2. Emagine those animal noises u hear wile in the forest stop being just noises ._.
  3. As a personal suggestion if you care about base esthetics, do not rush to start on making a base untill you got carpenting 6/7 as most of the furniture and the floor tiles you can make loocks realy. If you are the type that likes to go to a isolated place, far form evreything, than you can go and loock the warehouses close to reosewood, the one in Doe Valey and the hardweare store in riverside (in this order, especialy on a new start), so as to get as many axes as posible, and aditional loot such as seeds. All this should take about 1 ingame month (considering you also toock the time to stack up on atleast 20kg of food by the time you are ready). You also need 1 big van (180+ storage), and as a bonus would be great if you also find a trailer, unless you want to waste fuel on making multiple trips. BTW, make sure you have 2 aditional bags, that are better than the hiking bag, besides the one on the back, to maximize carry weight. PS-> So far i managed to do all this in Builder mode, did not try on other dificulty. Also playing in Last stand-acumulator rly helps you with gaining confidence and train your combat agains bigger groups.
  4. Hello, i got this rly briliant idea! First of all, i say we should be able to skin zombies of they'r face (with a hunting knife) and be able to use that as a mask, that would replace all headware, should not give any insulation or protection, but as time passes and the player weares the mask, he's/her's sickness should go up a little. Now i know all this sounds stupid, but hear me out. With a combined total of 50%+ dirtyness (blood level+dirty level) and combined with the mask, the player could be able to pass by zombies without heaving to sneak around, as long as the player does not sprint/jog, crouch/crouch run, push/hit zombies and talk (loud/silent taunts), or pick up any items from containers (all this implying that the player has 100% unconspicuousness with all this conditions). If the player has it's fear up to the highest amount, that would lead him to being spotted (as in that situation, in rl, a person would probably show vizible and audible sighns of fear) Each of this action, listed above, should decrease, temporareley and by a small amount the player's inconspicuouseness, and the decrease will stack up. The player could also put on the zombie camo, if followed by zombies (agroed on him), as long as he is not in the lighn of sight of the zombies, to escape them (this being if the player is followed without the camo). EDIT-I know there might be a bit of info missing, for the logic of all this, but this is all i could come up with.
  5. For just sucha thing it could be implemented that the generator would have to be connected to a electric pannel, via copper wire, that would be on the building you wanna power, and such a thing (the electric pannel) that would be connceted to the gass station to also power the pumps. The pannel could either be taken from a house (with perhaps lvl6+ electrical) or make it yourself (with lvl2+ electrical). This pannels should also have a durability metter, that would get consumed kinda like the generator does, but at a much slower rate, with the makeshift pannel heaving less durability than the normal one, this way inplementing the need to actualy lvl up u'r electrical skill past lvl 1.
  6. I would like to suggest the idea of being able to make a feature in witch the generator's power area can be extended. This shall be Done by adding copper wires, connected to the generator, right on the ground, and have that strip of wire go indefinetly, or atleast far (like 80 ,or less, tiles from the thing ). Due to the fact that the wire would eb exposed and dangerous to use, the player must put the wire throu a metal/lead pipe, so as to protect it from the elements, or add a toraly new item witch to wrap around the cable. By all this, it is implyed that there must also be a electric panell on the other end of the cable, that would kinda act like the generator, but without the fuel consumption (cous the generator does that).
