Thanks for the update! Wonder do I need to restart the game for 41.66 to take effect? e.g. if I already looted nearby VHS stores, does the newly added VHS video added to the already looted VHS store? Samething applies to the military creates and military storage, does new stuff spawn in already looted position or only spawn in unvisited area?
