Not seen any notes about the betas fixing this. Been hosting a server on Survivor settings during the build 41 MP beta using the host option on the main menu. For some reason regardless of a bite/laceration/scratch, no matter the care given and cleanliness of the character, they always end up getting sick and becoming a zombie.
