The answer is a play on words of a famous novel, though this is a work of non-fiction. In addition, the novel carries themes explored in the non-fiction. The novel also provides this quote; "four times five is twelve and four times six is thirteen" which could guide you some way towards the answer! No googling the quote!!

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest... Nice search for an anagram phrase though. Perhaps that should be the title for the sequel?

Welcome back and spot on! QI just taught me that Fitzgerald was named after the fella that wrote the lyrics to Star Spangled Banner. Everyday's a learning day.

You are so very, very close. The chap in the 3rd pic is not Russian and although his name is important, I could've replaced him with one of the Jackson 5... -
This has taken waaay too long and after googling 'I am debate chemo', I learned that that is not a phrase. Nor is 'I am become hated'. However, 'I am become death' is, so that's what I'm finally plumbing for!!

Wow! An unexpected victory there! Perhaps could've got 'rim' but I'd never have managed to find a link to that last picture. Nice job with the French pics however, I enjoyed them... -

Well, after all that palaver that didn't take long. A deserved victory for Mendonca having helped me out. Note to self; 'Must do better next time'!
