Thanks EUDOXIO, but it still seems like I am banned. When I try and connect it says I am banned from the server. My username was Quinn, it doesn't seem like I am Steam ID banned anymore but I think my character is banned?

I joined the server and spawned in to a trailer park. As soon as I stepped out of the trailer park I was Steam ID banned? Can an admin tell me what happened or what I did? I only have one name not two but I thought that was okay?

Title pretty much sums it up. If you join a server that has mods you don't have, you are prompted to install them. Where do these files go?
