Unrhymed

My game is completely playable, I just wanted to know if anyone was experiencing it aswell. It feels like it drops to 15-20 or less frames for about 1 second even thou Dxtory says 40+. It stutters fairly bad when loading new blocks but nothing unplayable, I'm just very picky with lag or stuterring as I can notice it and it drives me nuts haha. But I do want to say I've been watching this game in development for quite some time now and I would have to say my favorite games are survival games that include a lot of what Project Zomboid brings, thankyou very much, can't wait to play it with friends, I wish there were more games based on survival to this level of detail.

Im experiencing slow downs on my computer when moving forward only, almost like the game goes 30% slower then speeds back up, my Average FPS is 60-70 but when it slows down it goes from 60-70 to 35-40 then back up. Im running the steam version. Windows 7 64-bit 8 GB of 1600 Ram Nvidia GTX770 Intel i7-3770 3.4 Ghrz SSD hard drive Everything is up to date including Java and Im fairly certain the game did'nt do this before steam version. Oh and I forgot to mention, does holding the left button supposed to attack constantly other then charging the swing? if I hold the left button to a door with a bat or a golf club it sounds like a machine gun going off.
