Steam Username: Thrakker In-Game Name: Kaden Bishop RP Experiences: D&D DM (feel free to check out the wiki for the campaign I'm currently running https://trine-heritage.obsidianportal.com/wikis/main-page), many many tabletop RPGs, various MMOs as a guild leader or member, general RPG gaming for many years Character Background (2 paragraphs minimum) "Kaden grew up as an inner city kid on the east coast with a pretty average family and school life, until he got involved with a local gang. Before he knew it he was in over his head, but he loved the sense of belonging and found that he had a particular knack for violence. He drew the line at killing though, and that proved his downfall. During a clash over turf with another gang he was ordered to kill one of the enemy, and he refused. He thought it would all turn out okay, but a few days later the police showed up to arrest him for the kids murder. It turned out his "friends" in the gang had set him up, not wanting someone so soft. Prison was hard, but he took the opportunity to turn things around. He learned carpentry and got a degree. When he got out channeled his aggression into martial arts decided to hide his past as a convict and gangbanger, and moved to the midwest to try and start fresh. He started working as a trainer at a gym, got a job, found a girlfriend, and started to think that the worst was behind him. Then the dead started to walk. While everyone else started freaking out, Kaden saw this as his final chance at redemption. Along with his girlfriend Heather, he grouped up as many families as he could and for a long time they managed to hold out in the town's school building. But eventually one of the kids got bitten, and the parents tried to hide it. It wasn't long after that before everything fell apart, and Kaden watched the people he was trying to protect die one by one, or leave on their own. Eventually he was forced to leave too, as supplies ran dry. Along with Heather he hit the road and they decided to head to Kentucky, figuring one direction was as good as the next, and maybe they could find a community somewhere that was still intact. Travelling was hard, and neither of them had much experience with being outdoors. One night Heather got sick. It wasn't the zombie infection, just a stupid fever from being out in the rain. Kaden did everything he could but nothing worked, and eventually Heather died in his arms. He buried her and headed on, the last link to his past gone. He didn't really think or care where he was going, but eventually looked up to see a sign saying he was approaching somewhere called Muldraugh." Why do you want to play on the server: I absolutely love this game, although I'm pretty newbish still. I don't get much enjoyment out of playing solo, but I HATE the free for all PvP type servers. I love story and character aspects of RP and hope to find it here. I know the basics, but am very far from being an expert. So, will probably be overwhelmed at first but I commit to both learning the game and getting into the RP. p.s. regarding times I can typically play after 6pm EST everyday (longer on weekends), with a few exceptions here and there for RL obligations =)
