Steam Username: Duffman3005 In-Game Name: Barry Mahoney RP Experiences: Warhammer, D&D, ToS. Character Background: Barry Mahoney was just a normal guy going through life before the crap hit the fan. Fresh out of the Military on a general discharge, for something he didn't do, he tries to put his life back together. Without a solid direction to go on, with retirement benefits ripped away from him, he had no coice but to put his skills to use doing side jobs. Eventually he joined up with a Private Military Company (PMC) called Aegis Defence Services, doing the usual peacekeeping jobs known in the Western part of the world. It was a sweet gig for awhile, work 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off, while on call inbetween, and the pay was well worth it. After his recent job doing security over in Dubai, Barry takes some well earned vacation time away from the PMC. He hopped a flight back to his hometown in Muldraugh, Kentuckey on 10/07/14. He had heard some strange things from certain contacts in the intelligence comunnity, but I had dismissed it at the time, instead focusing on what I would do on my time off once I reached home. Sometime after takeoff he settled in for a long flight and fell asleep. Next thing he knows, he's waking up to oxygen masks in his face and massive turbulence realizing that something is very very wrong with the plane. Bracing himself for the crash to come everything in his world goes black! Without knowing how much time has passed, Barry wakes up in a field near the crash with a deep gash in one forearm, and a minor head wound. Doing what he can to mend himself Barry realizes that the plane crashed in the Muldraugh City Limits, and he can't be further than 5 miles from his parents hosue. Gathering what he can, finding no other survivors in the crash, Barry begins limping along the nearby dirt road, hoping his supplies will last him until he meets other people that can help him. He sees distant fires and smoke coming from the city, deep down in his bones he knows something massively wrong must be going on, but he hopes for the best as he keeps on walking towards home... Why you want to join the server: I haven't played multiplayer as much before, been looking for a solid RP server that I can enjoy with like minded people, and I've been brushing up on my survival tactics on singple player preparing for this moment. I'm really into RP and will always be in character while in game.
