Go to your project zomboid folder, open media, open maps, open Muldraugh KY, drag all downloaded files into this folder. A warning will pop-up asking you if you want to replace the files with the same name. Press yes. Now start a new save and run to the city and have fun^^ Btw, there is alot of glitches so i recommend that you stay away from the prison, even if this is one of the coolest buildings in the game except the mall.
