You could definitely try disabling any extra software you're running and see if that helps. You're kind of the on the borderline of the minimum specs for the game so freeing up as much resource as possible is a good idea.
Is the game set to use your dedicated GPU? Follow the steps below to check.
From Start Icon, type "Graphics Settings" and Click the results from System Settings.
Click Desktop App.
Browse your application. If your application is not on the list, you will need to browse for the folder where the .exe file is located.
Clickon the application name/icon.
Click Options.
Set the application to your preferred GPU.
Click save.
Here it is. I don't know if maybe Vanguard could be messing with my driver or something, cause vgx.exe also says "stopped working". But idk, maybe it has nothing to do. Hope this helps.
