[42.17] Controller Concurrency bug: the character stumbling and pushing air with no controller input@gm.outside Update on this. We gave it a thorough testing. Multiple QA people teamed up to try it out on as many machines and Gamepads as possible. We were able to get reliable repro, and then were able to make sure it is no longer happening after the fixes. The fix has now cleared code-review and QA. It is now in the queue to make it in the next hotfix. Thanks again for your support and your patience. ☺️🙏 If it ever happens again, be sure to gimme a buzz. We'll tag-team it till it's confirmed out of existence. 😄

I wanted to start a new single-player game with mods, but I got the same error again

Are you getting the issue vanilla or modded? I have seen some users having issues like this related to specific mods, if that's your use case I know Yumi has a mod that apparently patches it on the workshop.

I agree that quality shouldn't be something messed with in this game, such as good or bad quality ammo or other items as that's just a nuisance. I was just expressing myself with how everything feels low quality such as the ammo. being the example it was. As for 9mm not able to penetrate more than one walls, here is a video which proves otherwise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAWp_iW5RGE Every bullet can penetrate more than one wall. (maybe not 22lr, but it can pass at least one drywall) All that matters is the projectile itself and how its built and its quality. I don't know how to address this politely so excuse me if it seems harsher than intended. But you speak "Imagine attracting a group that otherwise wouldn't have heard you because your .45 acp round just punched straight through two buildings and hit one of the infected in it" I say that is a bad example, as firstly if you don't want to be heard you shouldn't be firing a gun to begin with. So i highly doubt a bullet penetrating barriers would be the root cause for attracting zombies. And even if, that would be just 1 more zombie if it even knew where you would be. Which it most likely wouldn't know because there is a building in the way. (then there's the whole topic of if the zombies feel pain or not, which if not it wouldn't even know where it got struck from) As for "Overpenetrating living targets is cool though. I'd like that." I agree, it would be cool. But that comes back to the topic of projectiles of the bullets, their quality and design. Because if it cant penetrate a wall, something tells me it definitely cannot overpenetrate flesh. As a human torso can be roughly 10-16 inches wide (that's the average) and if the bullet cannot penetrate a 1 inch wall for example... you get the idea. There is more flesh than there is wall. So even if it did penetrate the body, which would gradually slow the bullet down way more drastically than a wall would because there is more material in the way. In this case, flesh. Assuming we're still speaking about drywall. I hope i described that well without going in circles. And again, apologies if it seems like a stern or rude argument that's not my intention. -
