I have this issue as well. For me it was solved by removing Logitech GHub from running, even in the background.
I found that mouse sensitivity is a combination of Windows settings and the G Hub settings.
Perhaps removing this and then tweeking windows mouse sensitivity will work?
I have had the profile for PZ set to "default" and it still was an issue with it being "wonky"... so I just remove it/make sure it isn't running anywhere:
I'm playing a save created after B42.7 release, and am based at the gated community in Riverside, in a double storey house.
In preparation for when water does shut off, I've built a balcony at first floor, so I can plumb the 3 rooms with "plumb-able" items.
2 of the 3 rooms' items are able to detect rain barrels I've postioned on a balcony build outside the wall, above them.
I've tried various positions for plumbing items, and they do not ever show a plumb option to the rain barrels.
I have a wrench in inventory, and the rain barrels are partially filled with water.
But only one sink of the 3 offers plumbing (the sink at number 2) to barrels options.
All the plumbing items on the top floor have no issues detecting the rain barrels at roof level.
Is this a bug, or is there some better explanation why this is happening?
