Is there any way to see how exactly you died?

So, here I was walking along on a multiplayer server, when all of a sudden, out of nowhere, my character dies. No negative moodlets. No zombies. No gunshots. No injuries. Just straight up died on at the top of the stairs-from full health, to dead with a whole bunch of blood stains-and no, I did not fall through the roof. This has happened multiple times to me, both in and off a roof, but I'm confused why exactly I am dying. Is there like a log, somewhere, of why you died, and if so, can I access it? 

 

Oh, and I should mention that when I die, even though I've been alive for much longer than three hours, it'll tell me like I only lived for 3-4 hours.

The zombie-kills countdown aswell as the feature that keep in mind how long for you have survived for isn't working atm in multiplayer.
And, sudden death happens sometimes, especially if you're using the IWBMS branch.
