Having issues with Brita's Weapon Pack/Arsenal [26] Gunfighter, can't disable bullet casings or weapon durability

Our server loves Brita/Arsenal, but we can't get the bullet casings to either be turned off or deposit directly into player inventory. It caused so much lag that it actually crashed the server, forcing us to wipe and start all over with Vanilla Firearms Expansion. We even couldn't disable weapon durability, or change any other settings other than the time period accurate weapons.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, we love Brita/Arsenal but we can't run it due to no being able to change the settings. Has anyone else had this issue, is there anything we can do?
