Hello !

I host a Zomboid server with linux since approximately 60 days with that config :
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz
16Gb ram

SSD 250Gb

Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 06)

I use approximately 220 mods (many Towns, snake mod, brita's armor...some cars !, etc...) And I set "-Xmx12g" (but I would like to increase it to 14 o 15gb)

Well, I would like to have you help to have better configuration on my server because, since yesterday, the problem is some players can't join my server. (only 2)
They have errors like create a new character or port not opened. Even some server timeout when connecting. And when they can play (with few players connected) they notice higher ping sometime. (we have try many things, nothing help)

I notice on the log that redundant error : "Server is too busy. Server will drop updates of vehicle's physics. Server is closed for new connections."

With 6 players the error start. The server handle 24 players and when they are all connected ALL is fine for everyone (except for two players)
I try to set the maxplayer to 16. The error start at 6 players, the server is full very quickely and all is fine (except for the two players...)

Players dont meet cones when driving and no one else report some errors.

I dont know if I have errors with the ram or cpu or ssd or mods ?

And I dont know how to try why my two friends, they cant join the game since yesterday and I dont know what I can answer to them...

Please, can you help me to to handle with this ?

If my server have big error or if the problem comes from my friends side ?
Or just help me to have a better vision of how zomboid server works. I'm a little lost...

Thank you for read and best wishes.
