Unable to play Multiplayer

Hi guys,

I've joined this forum because I recently bought PZ, and i wanted to play it with my friend, but I'm having serius problems to connect to all MP servers.

The error is always the same, a "contacting server" loop.

 

(I have no antivirus on my pc)

(As SO i have Windows 10 pro)

 

I have tried several ways:

- checked the integrity of local files --> SAME ERROR

- unistall and reinstall the game      --> SAME ERROR

- restarting the pc                            --> SAME ERROR

- checking the firewall doors (no problems they were all open, even the steam's related) --> SAME ERROR

- I was using my router to connect to internet so i tried using another internet connection (mobile) but --> SAME ERROR

Could you try using the Use Steam Relay option on the right side of the server browser when connecting to a server?

Ok, I tried using the steam relay but nothing changed ( i tried with router and mobile connection).

Hmm, I think I see the issue now, you seem to be on an older game version for some reason. Did you perhaps opt into any beta versions of the game? It is recommended not to opt into any beta versions unless you have any specific need to be on a specific version. Opting out of them should allow you to connect to a server.
