Microwaving metal sound bug

I found this bug in normal gameplay and have reproduced it in a debug scenario. When a microwave lights on fire due to microwaving a cooking pot with stew, and the microwave is turned off, the microwaving-metal sound does not stop.

 

Steps:
1. Have microwave and cooking pot with stew
2. Place stew in microwave
3. Turn on microwave, wait for fire
4. Turn off microwave

Expected:
- Microwave sound with electrical noises plays when microwave is turned on.
- If microwave is turned off before fire, normal microwave end sound is played.
- If microwave is turned off after fire, either the normal end sound is played or something else changes.
- Maybe the microwave breaks and turns itself off after some time being on fire.

Actual:
- Microwave sound with electrical noises plays when microwave is turned on.
- If microwave is turned off before fire, normal microwave end sound is played.
- If microwave is turned off after fire, microwave sound with electrical noises keeps playing.
- Microwave power button stuck on "Turn on", can't turn it on again.
- Seemingly no indication of microwave being broken (besides your house burning down around you).

The sound continuing misleads the player into thinking the microwave hasn't turned off, so they keep trying to turn it off instead of extinguishing the fire.
