[41.73] [SP] Duplicated place garbage bin

It feels kinda pointless to report this since it isn't that big of a deal but there's a duplicated garbage bin in the US Mail Service building in Riverside. The duplicated bin is inside the visible one (At least i assume, since there's two lootables but you can only see one) in the center office (the one that has glass windows).
