[41.68] Any tires spawned with vehicles, has same max inflation (35)

The tires, which have been spawned as a part of a spawned vehicle, all have the same max inflation (MaxCapacity) value - 35. Instead of correct 30 (Valu), 35 (Regular), and 40 (Performance).
Brakes also have some MaxCapacity (30-35-40) value, so I thought it was the cause, but nope - even a vehicle with both Performance brakes and Performance tires, will spawn 35 value tires.
The tires, which have been looted from containers in car stations, have correct values (35 on Regular, 40 on Performance).
