[41.65] Banished to the shadow realm - Stuck (x3 speed bug)

Singleplayer

I had -debug god mod (N) on.

without it the game simply crashes when doing this.

 

While running,  leap over a Stair-railing, and while in the leaping/falling animation, press the x3 speed button (F6)

Crashes the game - or if in godmode, you get banished to the shadow realm

 

E: Seems to work on most/all Stair-railings in the game 

 

Is there any way to Unstuck my character, teleporting doesnt work, im still under the map or whatever

 

E: or even a way to kill this character? seems like Im stuck in an animation or something and my hunger/health wont go down whatever i try. 

I also cant interact with any items in my inventory, and some few right click interactions crash the game.

So until theres a way to Unstuck/kill this guy, i cant continue on my save file i spent a lot of time on :/

 

E2: ok i found a way to kill myself, by inflicting wounds to myself with debug menu, then maxing my fatique through the debug menu, allowing me to sleep on the floor. then go to sleep , let time pass by, quit & reload -> dead
