41.65 [Multiplayer] Sledgehammer can't be found

- Reproduction steps:
Well I guess, try hosting a server and try to find sledgehammer for 1.5 ingame Month around Wespoint, Muldraugh , Rosewood and all factories and storage places near those towns.
So yea, Basically me and my lads been playing for few days now, and we been unable to find any Sledgehammers. we hit all the hardware stores , all them factories and storage depos
Nothin, back in previous version we been swimming with them, now its been quite struggle. we been to all spawn points.. Sheds, warehouses .. factories just so nobody think we didnt think about those :D.. we did.
