[41.65] [No mods] [Video recording] Unable to uninstall some vehicle parts in this car - seats and windows

For some reason I'm unable to uninstall seats and 2/4 windows in this vehicle. The other windows and other parts can be uninstalled fine. I suspect it has something to do with the car being a wreck, but the parts still show up as 100% and the UI implies they can still be uninstalled.
