momomo544
So we fired up a steam server for the MP test. Its quite stable, kudos there! Combat was a little laggy, but the most important issue we ran into was one of us seemed to constantly emit a horrible wet squeltching noise. It sounded...squeltchy? Not sure how else to describe it. It was like some sort of looping sound effect emitting from his player model. Get closer, it gets louder. Move away, it quiets down. Interestingly, relaunching did not fix it. When he left the game, the noise kept emanating from where his character was standing when he left. When he returned, it jumped right back to emitting from the character model. Just before we finished for the night, the squelching shifted and instead of looping some sort of wet sound effect, began looping an electrical buzzing. Still tied to the same player and character model. Slightly unrelated, but I was also unable to adjust my audio settings in game. No matter how I messed with the sliders and applied, everything maintained the same volume. coop-console.txt
