How can I create a server in MP 41 to play multiplayer with friends only (not dedicated or cooperative mode) ?

Hi !!
Sorry to bother you, but I have PZ on Steam, and I want to create a local server (LAN or WAN) to play with my friends (like I used to do in previous versions), but I forgot how to do it.

I ran ProjectZomboidServer.bat and then, I ran the game, entered in the Multiplayer section, and added a server with my Hamachi IP (that's the way I played MP before), but it said that the server is not responding.

Is there something I'm missing ? Is there any tutorial to create a server on the MP 41 version ?

I found a tutorial on YT for this... It's not like I did it before, but I tried it, and I hosted a server.
