New Beta only starting after downgraded Beta start?

The following problem occurs every time the current beta is started:

Every time, really every time, I want to start the current beta, my cursor jumps to the top left corner and the cursor shows that something is loading, but nothing else happens.

But if I downgrade to an earlier beta, start it and then update to the current beta again and start it after the whole process, everything works fine.

Have an older Asus TUF Gaming Laptop3 with Radeon Vega 8 graphics Ryzen 3550H processor if that helps. The previous beta works fine as does the current one after this weird launch.

Maybe someone here has an idea what it might be?
