My friend can't connect to my server

Hi there, Stone guys!

 

So I've played Project Zomboid a while ago with my friends on a hamachi server, 'cuz I can't port-forward, and for all 4 of us it worked perfectly.

We decided to start anew in the 34.28 version, and all of my friends except one can't join the server. We tried re-installing the game, changing

graphics and such but to no avail. He gave me a screenshot

My friend in question has a Windows 10 on a laptop.

 

Note: He can't even create his character or choose where he will spawn. The game just freezes when he's connecting. I've read people freezing

during the "This is how you died" or after creating the character, but he just can't create a character, or even connect at all, On my server console,

he did connect like any other person.

 

Once he clicks to join the server, his client side console loads a few things but then starts repeating this over and over again, and his game freezes.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey,

 

Did he also tried to deactivate firewall ? Did you deactivate firewall aswell ?

The screen you have doesn't help us.
