Multiplayer issues

Hi, so since starting zomboid again last month, my friends and I have had some issues.One of our houses we were using to store food decided to burn down while we weren't playing (and the admin, one of said friends, assures us he had nothing to do with it). Some containers are becoming empty without anyone touching them, other houses are randomly catching fire for seemingly no reason. I also built a fairly large wall around our encampment last time we played, but upon logging today, it wasn't there, however the items I had claimed were. We have it set so only the few of us can log, and we all have no reason to troll each other, as our play time is limited, and it would be stupid to do so. Anyone have any insight into why this is happening, or how we can stop it? I'm really enjoying some of the new mechanics and items, but I can't keep playing if these issues keep occurring.
