Can't connect to my own server (java error after tcp download)

Hello,

After tried for 2-3 days but still no luck...

I tried to connect to my own server (IWBUMS 32.24) but It's show error like this.

but I can join my server 32.16 Stable(not beta) and using client IWBUMS to join other beta servers with no problem.

 

This is I already done:

-Redownload Server beta and Game again with clean installation

-add rule / Disable Antivirus

-set rules / disable firewall

-Port forward 16261-16272,8766-8767 Both TCP/UDP

-Disable Firewall on my router (before doing this I got tcp download timeout client need to try again)
