PVP/RP reality

i like to play mp without a lot of rules not because i have intentions to do absolutly everything. it's just realy post-apocalyptic feature esspesialy for me and for rp i think. on the other hand i understand why so many people don't want to do it cause there's so many other people who don't wanna follow any rules if it seems there's no rules at all. so maybe its better to make buildings much more harder to destroy and burn then to introduce the rules to prevent it and make some vanity/safe mode for character (like reading books now but safe) to show your friendly intentions. or something else according to the topic title.
