sometimes it also freezes and then the screen keeps flashing from project zomboid and a black screen

so, i play on a hosted server with my friend and after 1-2 hours of playing i just crash, sometimes a blue screen, sometimes it freezes and kicks to desktop, and sometimes the game just freezes and crashes
