I first downloaded the tools from steam, but I got the same error. After some research, I saw that the error may be due to the tiles in Steam not being up to date. Then I downloaded the tiles from the forum but the problem persisted. This time I downloaded the tools from the forum. The result is still the same. I would be glad if you can help me where is the error.
