It would be cool to see an actual gain in the weight of your character. Let's say if you ate a bunch of junk food, your character would gain weight, and he would have a new body, which is just a chubbier version of the regular one. Another example is if you were to work out a lot, your character would become buff, and your character not only become stronger but also look more in shape. All I am saying is that having a physical weight that you can see on your character would be cool.
