I forwarded the ports and realized that now the server does not appear for other people only when my firewall is activated, when I deactivate the server appears normally

I created a dedicated server on my pc and it appears perfectly for me but it is not appearing for my friends even though I pass the ip, any idea what it could be?

I saw the mods that were defective and removed them and after 3 days it didn't crash anymore, thanks for the help
