Hi, it doesnt appear to have be in users and the file doesnt have a console.txt file

I've recently purchased the game on steam but it wont launch. I've disabled all my antivirus and tried to look for something causing it but I havent even played to even start mods that could be causing the issue. I've tried reinstalling the game, moving it's location, using the alternative launch steam offers and it just shows lines of code with many errors. I dont want to have to get a refund so please help
