No it hasn't, it happens sometimes in new games and even in my current one the water is still on but it still happens a lot.

Some sinks that i come across the 'right click' function does not work. I just get the "walk to" option as if I'm clicking on an empty tile, i have tried spamming right click on every pixel on and around the sink and still no luck. Every once in a while it will work but as soon as i click away from that window it does not work anymore. Is there a known fix for this or is my game just bugged? I have no mods installed and it happens in multiple locations.
